CASE STUDY - POUTCASE.COM
Sharksa team assembled and led the Founding team of Pout Case. We worked closely to help the Founder execute her vision of creating the world’s first phone makeup case. We helped create the strategy and execute the naming of the company, design and content, sourcing of suppliers including makeup, marketing, press, logistics, operations and assembling the first team.
Poutcase.com in its first month was featured in over 100 leading publications online and offline including in Marie Clare, Elle, Daily Mail, Harpers Bazaar and others selling thousands of products before it was even launched.

Zaggora.com was co-founded by a Sharksa Partner. An e-commerce company, it was bootstrapped to achieve sales of $27.2 million in its first two years. To date, Zaggora has sold over 1 million products to 600,000 people in 140 countries.

CASE STUDY - DOUBLETREE BY HILTON CAMBRIDGE
We identified this deal as a great opportunity for acquisition and rebranding. Originally, the Cambridge Garden House, located in Cambridge city centre, was a unique property with potential of being extended.
We approached the sellers, negotiated a deal, made an offer and when this was accepted, started structuring and completing the acquisition. This involved due diligence, arranging financing, legal and tax. Once acquisition was completed, we brought the first Doubetree by Hilton brand into the UK and rebranded the hotel. Property improvements were made as a result and the hotel obtained a strong engine and brand.
