We were involved in over £500 million worth of residential and commercial real estate acquisition and asset management. Our work involved origination, negotiations, structuring, financing and execution. Following the acquisition, we were also involved in asset management of the buildings including the businesses that were based in those assets such as hotels and shopping centres. We also managed development projects helping high net worth individuals as well as companies by working closely with Quantity Surveyors and the construction companies.
